Our returns policy
30-Day Returns We accept returns on any Alchemy product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. We'll arrange return postage for Australian customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or we've sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We'll send a replacement immediately, at no cost to you.
Subscription Cancellations Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us directly. Cancellations received before your next dispatch date will be honoured in full.
Founding Member Orders Pre-orders placed during our founding member period are fully refundable until dispatch. Once dispatched, standard return terms apply.
Gift Orders Gifts can be returned by the recipient. Please include the original order number and we'll process the refund to the original purchaser, or offer store credit to the recipient — whichever is preferred.
Refund Processing Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. You'll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed. Please allow a further 3–5 business days for funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Before your order ships
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During our founding member pre-order period, orders will be held until our first production run is complete — we'll notify you of your estimated dispatch date by email.
Order Confirmation You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Duties Australian and New Zealand orders ship under ASFTA/NZCEP trade agreements — no import duties apply. For Asia Pacific destinations, customs duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking All orders include tracking. Your tracking link will be emailed to you at dispatch. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
