When will my pre-order ship? +
Our first production run is expected to dispatch in the coming weeks. All founding members will receive a personal email with their estimated ship date before any charge is processed. You won't be charged until your order is ready to go.
Can I change or cancel my pre-order? +
Absolutely. Pre-orders can be modified or cancelled at any time before dispatch. Just email us at hello@alchemy.luxe and we'll take care of it immediately — no forms, no fuss.
Are the blends organic? +
Our Shan Tuyet wild tea is harvested from ancient wild trees that have never been treated with chemicals — it's beyond organic in the truest sense, though not formally certified. Our cacao and coffee sources follow traditional, low-chemical farming practices. We're pursuing formal certifications as the business scales and will update you here when we have them.
Do you ship internationally? +
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea. If you're elsewhere in the world, email us — we're happy to arrange international shipping for you directly.
Can I order in bulk or wholesale? +
Yes — we welcome wholesale enquiries from cafés, wellness studios, boutique hotels and corporate gifting programs. Please email wholesale@alchemy.luxe with your requirements and we'll respond within 2 business days with pricing and minimum order details.
What's the shelf life? +
All Alchemy blends have a minimum shelf life of 18 months from production date, sealed. Once opened, we recommend consuming within 3–4 months and storing in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight — though at the rate most people go through them, this hasn't been an issue.
